Why Cognitive Behavioural - Hypnotherapy?

Quite simply, the Hypnotherapy, often given at the end of the session, reinforces the knowledge and understanding obtained in that session.  In the trance, using the inward, relaxed, internal, focus as a creative space to work cooperatively with the therapist, real insight and commitment can be promoted and reinforced.   Healthy “ seeds “ are sown into the conscious and unconscious mind with the power of direct positive suggestions for example which promotes, reinforces and encourages change and the maintenance of these changes.
